His art served as one of our main inspirations behind many designs on this production, and we are in absolute awe of it. Dramaturgy is a great way to get involved with our production without the need for an extensive application or auditioning process. Our dramaturgs are lovely helpers that rein in the contexts that our audience needs to further their understanding of what we do and why. You would be the bridge between worlds!

We Interrupt our scheduled #ThinkingIndigenousThursdays with heavy hearts to honour the memory of Justice Murray Sinclair whom passed away this past Monday.

He is well known as the Chief Commissioner of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, but he is also remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather to the family he leaves behind. He passed peacefully surrounded by loving company in Winnipeg. May he rest in peace, and power.

Murray Sinclair was a man that lead his life with kindness, generosity, and strength as he listened closely and carefully to the people and brought upon a change so great that it alters and addresses the shameful history Canada has with regards to First Nations of this country to bring justice. There is still much work to be done, but we wouldn't have been able to have made the strides we have taken if not for the ever venerable Murray Sinclair.

If you have the chance, take a moment to listen to what Justice Murray Sinclair had to say in his waking life and reflect upon his wisdom that he has gifted to this world.

We've been looking into ways to take previous pieces and articles to upcycle for our production and sometimes post-production we sell them to students that want them so they can be worn beyond the lifetime it had for show purposes!

Our girl bear is the other side of the coin to Theo's boy bear! She's quite a mischievous and fun character, ever the curious creature. Her excitement is refreshing and just featured recently is one of the furs that we're upcycling for her costuming. She'll be a bright pink bear and unapologetically blaringly energizing from head to toe with her personality and costuming.

Tickets are still on sale for the evenings, with most mornings and afternoons just about filled to max capacity!

Welcome back to another Wednesday of creative promotion. You may start to see these stickers pop-up around campus on your daily strolls. They're kind of like mini posters! These stickers are entirely compostable and biodegradable so they should disappear with the rain similar to our chalk art!

#WorldwideWellnessWednesdays - Eco-friendly stickers

Welcome back to another Wednesday of creative promotion. You may start to see these stickers pop-up around campus on your daily strolls. They're kind of like mini posters! These stickers are entirely compostable and biodegradable so they should disappear with the rain similar to our chalk art!

A quote from the retailer website Sticker It:
"Made from a sugarcane byproduct called bagasse + some hemp & linen, making this paper vegan and environmentally friendly.

It's printed with certified compostable & vegan inks on our HP Indigo printer."

We adore these stickers and the design is of our lovely feast dish Th'owxiya! It's inspired by and drawn in Coast Salish Formline, more on that to be read on our website!

We're here to light up your world and will go to great heights just to do so! Our lighting crew are setting up all the lights and pretty colours that will make the show aura just that much more amazing.

Lights can dance and so do we, as we shuffle about our scaffolding and gel up and position everything to give you the perfect view of everything we've worked on (including a literal dance on stage)!
